If so, I'm assuming you started out w/ a "C" harp, so play to a blues backing in "G", as you'll be playing "crossed", to get the blue notes. "Crossed" is always the 5th step above whatever key the harmonica is tuned to. OTOH, if you're more interested in folk or country, you'll primarily play to backing in "C" (or whatever key your harmonica is tuned to). Does that make sense?
