Members MrHotMark
I have some cabinets here built out of 3/4" plywood. Inside dimensions are 18.5 x 27.75 x 15 inches making them 4.455 cubic feet. I am struggling whether to load them with Eminence Omega 15's or Kappa15LF's (non-pro, 95 oz magnet). I wish to tune the cabs between 40-50 Hz. To the experienced people here, what would you do? Thanx,Mark
Members agedhorse
You should easily be able to achieve adequate tuning with either driver. It all comes down to performance. Here's an optimized design for 3 different drivers... I think the Kappa 15LF (non-pro) gives almost the best performance (within the power rating of the driver) at the lowest cost.
