Members happyguitar
I think there are only a couple of places in the US that could fix that mixer. My friend has a 16-track Ramsa (don't remember the exact name model) and we called many Panasonic authorized repair shop in Canada and they didn't even know that Panasonic had mixers, or once made mixers.... I found something like 3 places in the US that could fix it but I remember having a hard time finding them on the internet. I remember one being in New York city and one in California I think. Members agedhorse
We have serviced the 4424 and it's an ok mixer. I don't know if all necessary parts are still available, Ramsa has a history of discontinuing product and support... even on expensive products. Repeat after me... SX-1. I know Mark can. (excellent mixer, but poor support and discontinued shortly after introduction)
Members Dan Magers
I used to do Matsu{censored}a (Panasonic, Technics...) warranty. I remember them being real assholes to deal with . I wondered if the Ramsa stuff went thru the same orifice.
