Members Brandon Poe
Hi all, I am looking for the synth used in a few songs. I will link the videos below. I am going to recreate and make new songs, so any help/answers are appreciated. Thanks in advance, Brandon. Members Paolo Di Nicolantonio
If you use wayback machine on the link on that youtube video, you will find out that the answer from the creator is "All music was made on the computer with software simulating the analog bass and other instruments". He doesn't specify which soft synth(s) he used, and these are generic synth sounds, so it's hard to determine the soft synth(s) used, especially because according to this link the creator of the robot passed away. I'd use any currently available subtractive-analog style soft synth, but really you can reproduce those sounds with many modern synths. If you want to stay "true" to the era of when the videos were released, then look up old, early soft synths - a few that come to mind include Reality, Synth 1, Crystal, RubberDuck, DreamStation etc. which will give you that older, "grainy" early soft synth type of sound
