Members thebigpong Posted August 4, 2010 Members Share Posted August 4, 2010 Right now my main board is a yamaha mg32 for foh and has one set of main outs(left,right,mono) and i am about to began building a triamped pa :lol:with many speakers. SO my question is without a thru on my power amps how can i get the signal to these speakers. More specifically i believe i need a device that splits 2 sources into multiple? Members Special J Posted August 4, 2010 Members Share Posted August 4, 2010 If you're building a tri-amped rig, you'll need a crossover/speaker management system to split your signal. Members Coaster Posted August 4, 2010 Members Share Posted August 4, 2010 right now my triamped mains amp rack has Y cables coming out of the crossover due to the fact that i am stuck in mono (for the time being) and not one of my amps has a parallel setting.
