Fix the terminals up a little and they might just be OK. Thinking they are the MotorolaCTS tweeters, if so, it may not be all that bad. If they are no good you have some party speakers to play with. Just for starting out years ago I had something similar to these simply for band practice. They worked, were far from great but made noise.
