Members Radar-Love
I haven't played through one of these more than a few notes but I know a few people who have and love them. I kinda forgot about this amp. A smaller version of the Trademark 60 is available (the Trademark 30), but, it is not quite as sophisticated as the Trademark 60. You can control the Trademark 60 via a MIDI floor pedal for live performance. Basically you can program the MIDI settings to give you a whole bag full of amplifier emulations with various gain structures and EQ settings. There are some other Tech 21 amplifiers that look like a Trademark 60 from a distance, but, they are one of the PowerEngine series amplifiers. The PowerEngine amplifiers are just a power amplifier and a speaker. These are designed to amplify pedal or rack-based modelers for guitarists. You will need a preamp with equalization to feed a signal to a PowerEngine. I know of people who use a pair of 60-watt PowerEngine amplifiers with their stereo-based modelers and effects racks for live performance.
