It was Bernie Leadon who played guitar and banjo in the original Eagles line up. I saw them back then around the time of their first album (they were opening for Yes). I couldn't care less about any "sleaze factor" they may or may not have. Plus I think they're marginally talented, like Ted Nugent and/or Charlie Daniels.
