Members soulvillemusic
An M3 it is then! They sell it in the M and L frequency range. Which one should I get? I'll be ordering it today.
Members Leftcoast123
Go back and look at Don Boomer's post earlier in this thread. M Band (what I use) is 614-647 MHz and L Band is 575-608 MHz according to Audio Technica. According to Don, L Band would be the choice for your area but do your homework. There was some discussion last year on the forum regarding lav mics (I think it was Abzurd as OP) and I recall the consensus being to use the manufacturers' OEM lav mic. If so, the AM3 would be the choice. http://www.audio-technica.com/cms/accessories/20e420971d0de408/index.html
Members jwlussow
Nice topic:) Sig spam? Really? All 4 of your posts are two words and a smiley. Nice try, though.
Members soulvillemusic
I can't share the pricing, but if you should contact www.northernsound.net for a second opinion on the price Wow. A huge thanks to Abzurd for the recommendation on Northern Sound and Light. The pricing was WAY less than what the other retailers advertise! I think I know who my go to pro audio dealer is now. Thanks for the heads up. The savings will help offset the custom earbud cost. I look forward to trying this IEM setup, especially with the AM3 mic. Thanks for all the guidance everyone.
