Members cheptronics
Hello a couple of friends, I mean a bass player and a P-80 player, would like to buy a little sound system for amplifying the P-80 or the MX90 and an E-Mu Orbit, + one or two voices and the bass (for small setups) Their budget would be * someone told me about the LEM System 200 (680 euros) ; do you know this one ? the guy told me : "it has a better sound quality than two FBT EX2.5A" * for 450 euros you can have the Phonic system ; really crappy or not ? * there is also a system by Soundcraft (300-400 euros, without the speakers) Any information about this ? what would you recommand ? thanks, ch
Members Darkstorm
How much power and air movement do you need? What size audiances? Would a couple used bass combos amps or bass combo and keyboard combo be enough?
Members cheptronics
they don't need much power, let's say 2x 100W or 2X 200W is correct anyway, for 700 euros you won't find something more powerful it's for small audiences, the keyboard amp + bass amp solution may be good too, but-> can you find it for -> the piano will be in mono-> they often have to amplify some other musicians (voices mainly, but also flute, etc) so there must be some additionnal preamplified inputs on the kb amp thanks for you suggestions
