The blemish is a slightly bent hinge on the camera. It is a cosmetic issue that has no effect on the operation of the camera. It's a USB plug and play camera that works with Windows Vista, XP and Mac. I bought it for $84.99 with a gift certificate a week ago. Returning it would be a hassle. The web cam will come packed in the original box 100% complete. $65 shipped USPS Priority Mail in the lower 48 states. Paypal only.
