Members Mr_GoodBomb
I have a P bass project, really nice body and neck. It's a Hondo II, the headstock is pretty Fender-accurate. The body is fairly heavy, natural wood tone. Here is was before becoming a "project." So, here's what had been done: - I replaced the bridge with a new one. Works great. - The pickguard cracked, and I was considering putting a new pickup in it. It's currently routed for a humbucker, which is included along with the pickguard which still functions (the piece off to the side of the neck is where it broke, purely aesthetic) So, you'd want to decide if you wanted a new pickup or to keep the original, rewire it, and there ya go. All it would take for a P-bass pickup, I believe, is a new pickguard and some very minimal routing. The original pickup is just fine, though, I used it for a long while. It looks like this, but in natural, as the original picture (again, this isn't the same bass, but an identical one, that someone painted blue) $150 shipped. Might also do a partial trade for some parts or pedals I'd like. PM me.
