Members pink floyd cramer
Pushed mine too hard last night (caught up in guitar player volume insanity) and it quit on me. It powers up but no sound from either horn or drum. I haven't had a chance to look at it but I'm hoping it simply blew a fuse, if in fact there is one to blow. My preamp has a breaker reset button on it, but it didn't have any effect. Anybody know how the reset is supposed to work? I thought I did this before, but the wire to the horn was simply disconnected. This is the Big One Elizabeth .
Members pink floyd cramer
BTW thanks in advance for any advice from you Knowledgeable Ones. I also apoligize in advance if this turns out to be another "duh" situation on my part. I won't be able to look at the leslie 'til before the gig tonight. Members The Real MC
760 has two fuses - if it powers up, they're fine. The reset button on the preamp is a circuit breaker, it resets the breaker. That's fine too. 760 has a crossover/preamp which splits two signals to separate amps for hig and low driver. If neither speaker is working, something may be wrong with the crossover/preamp. Are you using a Hammond or using the 1/4" inputs on the leslie preamp pedal? If you're using a Hammond, try bypassing the pedal and plugging direct to the Leslie. If you get sound, the pedal is the culprit.
