Members Steve LeBlanc
...I played a show at the Viper Room using my new Evolver last night for the first time...I'm loving this synth, it's the perfect compliment to the rest of my rig My Rhodes managed to stand straight despite a broken leg flange too which was a major relief
Members Tusks
Steve, I was listening to Have a Laugh a couple of days ago and going wow, this is Steve on a VST synth?. I'm betting you rocked. How are you controlling it? Is your controller setup allowing you to be expressive? Care to share? Jerry
Members Steve LeBlanc
I'm controlling it with an Ensoniq TS-12 (I use this for my Piano sound, not the best but it does ok while I raise money for a Motif, or get lucky ). The TS-12 has aftertouch and a couple of wheels, weighted keys but that doesn't slow me down, actually I really like playing a monophonic synth with weighted action...yes, it's a very expressive synth and I programmed a couple of patches (er, mostly major tweaking of the presets ) that showcased that RE: Have a Laugh...I almost forgot about that recording, eek, my recording set-up was f'd up back then, crazy the hell I went through to record that
