Members peckhart Posted March 5, 2003 Members Posted March 5, 2003 Max, Check out the National Guitar Workshop website. I attended the workshop last year and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a cool vacation idea. I learned a ton and had a great time. Anyway through the website bookstore you can order books online and I have found their selection to be very useful. I grabbed a book called Blues Licks Encyclopedia or something like that and it had some good licks you can transpose to other keys. They have material available for all levels and a lot of them have CDs so you can hear the examples too. I am also getting a lot out of Mastering Blues Guitar by Wayne Riker. There are 3 different levels in this series with this being the most advanced. I think it explains the theory very well and covers both rhythm and lead concepts. Peace bro, Pete
