Members PRSnotPOS
Hey guys! I haven't posted in a while. I haven't been playing guitar as much as I want to lately. I've been having hand pain. I'm going to a hand specialist soon so hopefully we can figure out what is wrong and fix it. Anyways... I got a Line 6 PODXT for Christmas and bought Riffworks so I can record onto my computer. I recorded this song I've been working on and I would like some suggestions on how I can make it sound more organic. I would especially like to hear opinions of people with POD experience. I have no previous recording or sound engineering experience. I'm not really looking for suggestions with music ideas just to make that clear. Ok here is the clip: My Song
Poparad
If you're only looking for recording suggestions, you might be better served asking the recording forum or possibly the amp forum.
Members Knottyhed
Not really a fair comment given the description of the forum Poparad!! :poke: Lessons from what to look for in a guitar to theory, practical use of knowledge, to recording. The total guitar experience. Strictly on topic only.
Members K-Bizzle
I would say practice with a metronome more.

The replies there would probably be both more numerous and more informative. Not that those who visit the Lesson Loft aren't experienced with recording, but there aren't as many and there aren't as many professional recording engineers here. I thought you were telling him off for misposting I think an even better place to ask POD questions is the Amp Forums, cos alot of the guys in there seem to know a thing or two about recording guitar tones using POD's!! The irony kills me.
