Members packrat
It's that crazy month-changeover time again, why not have another thread to collect up all those posts on new bits of kit. For myself, my Microwave XT turned up. Works okay, although looks a bit scruffy. How are you supposed to clean dust off those things anyway? I also just ordered my x0xb0x kit! the 5th or 6th one from the fourth run that's just started. People on the waiting lists should be getting excited about now I'll probably have to post in a couple of days depending on how some ebay auctions go. What else has been happening on the month-border? Don Solaris? At one change a week, you'll have 2 or 3 new items by now? B>
Members carbon111
I just added this to my setup...a heavily modified Axxe: ...here's a short video: http://www.matrixsynth.com/blog/media/Arp/axxe.7415246166/axxe1.avi This particular Axxe is fun because it has the following mods: 1) Osc --> filter FM...gotta love audio-rate filter FM! 2) S/H can be switched sample the osc, instead of white noise...cool patterns 3) amp can be switched to a simple gate...disconnected from the ADSR 4) Filter cutoff mod from the envelope is invertable...negative envelopes! 5) Clear bottom...you can see its guts! 6) Neon Tube wired to envelope generator...zzzzzaap Oh, and I finally bit the bullet and ordered Gigasampler...my first software "synth" not counting my TDM Virus
