Members aussieguitarnut
hi mate - i have a les paul and a strat. the les paul has become my main guitar - i also reckon it could be a pretty good combination.
Members faon
I use a BB reissue with a Les Paul and with a Tele. I really like it! It's loud! You'll need a pedal if you want to go into hi-gain territory. ..but it's very pedal friendly. gio
Members AbbeSauniere
You can get a nice old school ACDC crunch with humbuckers. The Greenbacks sound terrible above 6, low end doesn't keep it together. Better tubes also help the amp tremendously.

The Heritage Series are vintage spec G12H30's I believe. The Greenbacks I had were UK made, I own a '89 BB RI, and still sounded like garbage above 6. Not really the fault of the speaker, Greenbacks don't do so well in a open back cab. I'm much happier with the Weber VST C1230's(G12H30 clones).
