Hey I've been recording my band jamming alot just for a rough copy of new songs before we hit the studio with an old 4 track recorder. Its not that bad but I found that I've just been using one track to record stuff and the sounds quality isnt that great

What to do you guys use as far as minidisk/MP3 recorders and stuff like that just for one take recording of live jamming?

I need something with at least an hour or so of recording time that I can just upload to my computer then delete for next time

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Dustin

I have used a minidisc player with a little sony shotgun mic to record dozens of jams and gigs. It works great.

I've recently started using the iRiver, which is much more convenient to work with, but the gain control is a little tricky.
