works for mild blues, literally changes your brain chemistry.

and there are always semi-hot to hawt girls at the gym

But if you are really depressed you need to seek professional help. i don't think people can just "snap" out of real depression or pull themselves up their bootstraps. Maybe a doc could get you on wellbutrin. I think that helps with smoking and doesn't have the side effects that other drugs have.

I'm not 'really' depressed. I'm in quite a good mood really, I'm just very very lethargic.

 

BTW, I'm not taking any drugs like that.
