Members The Who
Just ordered a new computer and seeing that I have all softsynths Im thinking of going the guitar software route too. Im thinking of having a look at the new Waves GTR Guitar Tool Rack or NI's Guitar Rig. Anyone tried the Waves GTR or NI Guitar Rig?Thanks.

Members vamp hunter d
I was considering going with NI's guitar rig 2. I started reading up over the forum, and the general opinion tends to be that hardware guitar modelers are more well liked than that of the software ones. I dont know though, the clips on the NativeINstruments site really do sound good, and I really do trust native instruments software as well. I'd really like to find a good comparison of that vs. something like a tonelab. I was thinking I might just get a tonelab and use the digital outputs for recording. Members aussieguitarnut
I've just got the Native Instruments Guitar Combos which is the stripped down version with three amps (Marshall, Fender, Vox). The Vox sounds are fantastic.
