may i please have a description of each?

will the line driver create gain/push the amp, or just boost the signal?

how does the buffer work?

my situation....
my signal is as follows....
gtr
muff
fd2
loooper out
BOARD
loooper in

when i trigger the loooper, i find there is a signal loss.

i tried numerous boosts as the last of the chain in the loop. everything just added too much gain, if i had the FD2 or muff on.

im currently using a Dytone Smoozy. it works ok, but when i kick on the fd2 in front of it-- the sound gets all soft, and not desirable.

i have a GE7 on the way to try and fix it.

will the line driver do the trick? the hellbaby just pushed the amp into overdrive way to much-- i just want the signals to be balanced :)

I think you need something first, out of the loop..

guitar > "adjustable device"> (loop "STUFF") > amp

instead of guitar > (loop "STUFF" "clean boost at the end")> amp

pretty sure this device would be the solution..

try something that has a buffer when bypassed in the position I suggested to see if things change for the better..

:)
