I need a good mulit-effects that is just effects, no modelers, recorders etc. I also need one that is able to store patches, as well as be able to use any combination of effects simultaneously. Some I've seen can only use say one mod effect at a time. I would need to be able to use a chorus as well as a delay, and possibly even some phase or flange on it. Are there any that can do all this? I know a pedalboard would, but I really do need to be able to store the user patches if I am going to use this live. Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Members scottkahn Posted April 17, 2006 Members Share Posted April 17, 2006 You can do that with the Line 6 Pod XT Live and *I think* the Roland RG-8. Note that with the Pod XT Live, you can turn off the modeling and cab simulators at the touch of a button, so it's very easy to use it just for the effects. You can do reverb, delay, and modulation at once. That would be chorus or flange, etc. but not at the same time.
