What other sodding flangers are out there that are a) not sodding complicated and b) not sodding huge and c) sound sodding good. Obviously I know about those sodding Boss pedals. Members dangerous dan Posted May 2, 2006 Members Share Posted May 2, 2006 The older Boss BF-2 is pretty good, I can get a good range of sounds from it and gets some good reviews in the effects database, and apparently its a lot better than the newer BF-3. Members Burningleaves Posted May 2, 2006 Members Share Posted May 2, 2006 The DFL is a cool flanger. The MIJ Boss BF-2 Flangers are also worth looking into. The MIK BF-2's are nice but in a side by side comparison I found the MIJ BF-2 to be Fatter and "flangier" I kept the MIJ and brought the MIK back. Members rhino bucket Posted May 3, 2006 Members Share Posted May 3, 2006 i recently got a TZF, and i'm starting to give up on it, wanting to try the MXR before i do. so anyways, i'm waiting on MXR to get the EVH flanger shipped out. i allready got the phaser, so figure paying an extra $20 bucks for the EVH over the 117 isn't any big deal.
