Members endo23 Posted May 26, 2006 Members Share Posted May 26, 2006 I'd say two different beasts... the Tone Press is going to allow you to mix in your uncompressed signal for a little more transparency and a little less squash. I had an unmodded CS-3 and it sounded VERY squishy, I don't know how a mod will affect that but it seems the Barber is unique in its ability to blend in clean signal.
