Members wembleyisgreen
how are you guys setting this guy up for clean boost? Can you use it as a dedicated clean boost, or do you need something more along the lines of a zvex sho. Can it do the clean loud boost like the sho? Members Bruno
You might want to ask Mike Grecco on that one
Members DJLantz444
I wouldn't buy a timmy just for a clean boost, get an RC booster. If you're getting a timmy for a variety of uses, then yes, it can.
Members erksin
There are other pedals that do a clean boost better is what he's trying to say I think...

I'm going to be using one as a dirty boost for solos, and the other as a med. gain OD.

I didn't want to try it as a dirty boost because I was totally happy using my AC Booster. Ofcourse curiosity got the best of me and I had to buy two Timmys. My pedalboard changes drastically this coming week.
Members erksin
I already had a Timmy and bought an AC to try - the AC sounded very flat and lfeless compared to the Timmy, IMO. I flipped it within a week...
