Members Khazul
I guess a key point on the condition of the synth - doesnt it look like it *could* have been in 'mint' condition prior to shipping? Ie is the damage just consitent with shipping damage? Does the packaging reflect the saem damage? If not - leave {censored}ty feedback, send thugs round with baseball bats etc and beat the crap out of him until he coughs up - ie ruin his {censored}ing miserable life. Leave him broken, penniless and homeless - and ideallyy wanted by the law for someting terrible *** Otherwise if the damage *is* consistent with shipping damage, then between you should be able to resolve this in a reasonable manner through a claim with the shippng company - assuming it was appropriately insured in transit. If he is helpful in this - the good feed warranted - assuming his packaging was appropriate. If he does co-operaste, then see above... *** If this seems excessive - well im sorry - Im a fascist - if some bastard cant act as reasonable member of society, then they should forfeit all protection of socity and human decency and become open season for whatever the victim of the actions sees fitting - sadly few law enforcement agenies seem to respect this view... Members rockfan
If it was advertised as "Mint" and it wasn't, then you can get a complete refund for misrepresenting the item. If you paid through PayPal, you go to their website and file a complaint there. If you paid on the eBay website you complain through them. Hope you saved your correspondence and pics on the site. Good luck
