I believe it's been double tracked to provide the stereo separation, the variation in folume on each side is random and would imply it was played twice. I just used a Vetta II the tremelo is an Opto tremelo set for about 95 BPM with a eight note, the distortion and phaser aren't really adjusted to sound identical. that rogerlinndesign clip uses a "Random S&H" pedal if you ask me.
