Members ejk Posted August 1, 2006 Members Share Posted August 1, 2006 Well.......I thought the FZ-2 was more of a harsh sounding industrial fuzz along the lines of something you'd hear on an Orgy album. That and the Monsterpiece is kind of like a Fuzz Face, so maybe that would be your ticket for Hendrix but probably not Pumpkins. Then the Little Big Muff is going to get you your Pumpkins sound which the Monsterpiece wouldn't be able to do. I'd say that the Little Big Muff is the best compromise out of those three pedals, especially if you're looking for Pumpkins above all else.
