Members slider
what do you mean by 'trails'? do you mean decay? DD20 owner here.
Members booher
I think he means when you turn off the DD-20 (like turn off the effect), the delay doesn't stop right when you hit the delay off. He wants it to stop when he deactivates the effect.
Members Lanefair
Put it in a true bypass loop.

It is a plus, unless you've got it on a high feedback setting, then is will trail for ages.

Members slider
you can easliy pedal to another mode that you have set to decay quickly yet in a way that enhances what you had going. no effects loop needed.
Members stereotypy
hmm.. okay. i thought there is a way to turn the "decay" off completely when you turn off the delay. i normally also find it a plus to have that feature but my band did a song where i played with a lot of delay. but we have that little break where silence should remain.. but my delay keeps repeating repeating repeating repeating ... so.. i just wondered. i could use a volume pedal afterwards.. but that would be one more pedal i don't want to have really... (or do i)..
Members hugbot
If its just one break put your tuner after the delay and use it as a mute.
Members puddinstone
I remember some one recently had posted something about using both the dry and the effect out to create a way to do it. I don't remember what they did though.
