Members venturehead Posted December 27, 2006 Members Share Posted December 27, 2006 I'm looking for a good vintage-sounding tremelo pedal-one that I can use for surf type stuff, and also for a creedence-like swampy throb.I love what I have on my Fender Twin Reverb, I just don't haul that amp around anymore, so I need the pedal. If you want inexpensive I'd say the boss, If you want inexpensive and flexible Line 6 Tap Trem, if you want flexible and great tone Cusack tap a whirl. At least thats what I've found in my search. It's not too expensive, but it's very versatile, the feature which really sets it apart for me is the volume, which lets you boost your signal a little bit. Many tremolos actually have a bit of a volume drop off. Plus with this pedal, you can turn the intensity all the way down and it's a really clean boost!
