Members Daft Punk
I'm planning to pick up a tone factor nebula and the 440 clone. I'm mainly looking to get that greenwood tone, which is easy, but with the crazy effects sometimes my GT-8 can't cover it. Thoughts? Any other effect i should look out for? Members chrismd465
whammy-which may be covered by your gt-8 small stone phaser-use a thick phase from your gt-8 spring reverb and tape echo that should get you most of the way there ignore the marshall shredmaster, by the way, he did use one, but they sound harsh with most rigs he does alot of his crazy sounds with the whammy, moving the treadle around while holding a note, etc

Members WorkingClassDan
Just grab another delay...especially one with a looper. Look at the Boss DD-20, the Line 6 DL4 and Akai Headrush.

Members mirrorball
I have the Tone Factor Analogue Filter (440 clone). Cool pedal. Too bad I'm not using it much right now. I'll have to fix that!
Members WorkingClassDan
No love for tone factor? Total love for TF and the analog filter. Just thought it was a forgone conclusion. But the delays are probably a more vital building block. Delays you can squiggle around with, create loops, send into weird oscilations or just soundscape a bit is more in the vein of what RH seem to be about. The filter is a part of that but less essential.

Members Daft Punk
i got delays! But should i get a dd-20 anyways? the gt-8 doesn't really cover enough groudn with delay. In terms of dl4 vs dd-20, whats the pros and cons of both? I have done my research before, and my only concern is the reliability of the dl4.
