analogmanning my yjm308- worth it?

i was gonna send off my yjm308 to get true bypass modded and an led and was thinking of getting the mod he does for it. i use it only as a transparent overdrive and use my heavier pedals as a gain boost on top of it. will this make it too crazy for that?

It'll make it better, IMO. It will give you your bottom end back, for one. And it seems to produce less extraneous noise after the mod - but I never put the gain above 80%.

At the very least, though, do yourself right and get the TB/LED. Does wonders.

$15 for tb, $10 for the led. Might be the other way around.

WOW 25 bucks...the pedal only cost me $29. But I would still like the mod. I'll have to think about it. Thanks:thu:

well, the switch is $4.25, and the LED is probably $1.50, so if you just go to pedalpartsplus.com you can do it for $5.75, plus drilling a hole. I would also get one of those regular AC adapter jacks instead of that stupid 1/8" thing it comes with.
