His direct deposit into my account for the rent hasn't been made.....i think we just got {censored}ed out of his share on the rent. i think he skipped town. Don't wait to do it, do it now in case you have to have legal proceedings initiated. Often times, the threat of legal action should be enough, but if not... at least you're prepared.
