I'm nit sure exactly the frequency range on the bass version, but i have a feeling its below the frequency of any of the actual guitar strings. You would probably be able to boost your low end harmonics to high hell and get more 'oomph,' but you wouldn't be able to use it the same way you'd use a boss guitar eq pedal. just think for you having not that much knowledge of pedals and amps (no offense) it wouldn't do you any good.
