Members bowlingshirt
Depends on which effects you are planning to use on your multi. Are you going to use the amp sims, or modulation, or reverb/delay
Members 88mm
I use an old Zoom 505 just for the Step and Flange features. I place it toward the end with my other modulation. I guess it may depend on what features you use. Distortion, filter or modulation and place it according to that.

So yeah, when you put it like that, it was a stupid question really. Will just put it next to my chorus lol. Was just wondering what other people did, that's all... Members orourke
Last in the effects chain. I use my old Boss GT-3 mainly for stereo time based effects; ping-pong delay, reverb, phaser, chorus, slow-gear. I run it through two amps with speakers on either side of the stage. The dirt/od/fuzz kind of stink on it, so I use a bunch of outboard dirt boxes before it. Also there is a Barber Tone Press at the front of my chain. The GT-3's compression isn't so bad, but not nearly as good as the Barber.
