Take heed, this octave divider/guitar synth pedal is not for the faint of heart...

...but it sure is fun!

 

The Soul Provider mainly works monophonicly, but there was one setting where I could get some small chords to happen without complete glitch-down. It's the kind of pedal that tells you what to play as much as you tell it. ;)

HMC - thanks. that's an old Electratone series Grosh baritone from Don's early days. Formica, FTW?!! :D

 

Papa T. - The Soul Provider can be a bit of a prickly pear. It's been a love/hate thing for the folks I've shown it to. Brian's 5-knob Noise Box is another cool pedal for those seeking some mutant tones. The NB is all about mad filtered sounds while the SP is more of a wacko octave/fuzz/synth. I still haven't tried a Teaser Stallion, but it's on the list.
