Members tenoken
^One cool setup my man. Well, if I make one, I'm gonna bypass the whole PCB board process and just do a perf board with jumpers. Yes it may not be too hard if I had all the necessary supplies to make the PCB and the patience to deal with chemicals, UV light, printers, drilling and god knows what else. But I won't "go there." But I would gladly pay upwards of $10-12 for an unpopulated board.... *ahem :idea:
Members shepherdspy
tenoken, you can make a board easier than you think if you use press n' peel {censored}... http://www.techniks.com/ But I agree, although I know how to make all sorts of {censored}, I prefer not to because of the hassle. I have been knee deep in projects and then it pisses me off not to finish them....

Members Indio
Very nice build! Is your headphone jack attenuated or just the straight signal? :thu: The Ruby pdf on the GGG site showed a headphone option (Zobel network?), I used that in my build. I included the components when I made up the board using DIY layout creator to keep it tidy.

Members Indio
Nice!!! Where did you get the housing? Please direct me... I got mine local here in Australia but I see the same box without the internal ribs listed on the smallbear site as "125-B". If they had them here I would have gone for the white powder coated version to save some time. http://www.smallbearelec.com/Categories.bok?category=Enclosures
Members dan-o-guitar
To all the dudes who wanted PCBs, here's an even better solution. Hot of the presses, unverified, but should work great: http://www.beavisaudio.com/Projects/NoisyCricket/MarkII/NoisyCricketMarkII_RadioShack.pdf
