WH4 issues?

so i've recalibrated it, tried a different power supply, even cleaned under the treadle, and it's still acting up.

 

it's doing half it's job; it only seems to go through the last half of the sweep. usually when i have it all the way back and set tothe octave up position, i get my dry tone and it then goes further up in pitch when i move it forward. now when i have it rolled all the way back and turn it on, for half the sweep it goes up the octave, and then nothing for the last half of the sweep.

 

i checked on digitech's site and all i could find were instructions to recalibrate it. anyone have any other problems like these?

I've only ever had calibration issues that were fixed by powering it back up and going through the steps specified by Digitech.

Time to make some phone calls?

ive never actually heard anything like this ever happening before. did you send away for the waranty? its probably a connection issue with the treadle or perhaps a faulty pot? i dunno, its like my fav pedal so i wish i could help

Are you 100% that you calibrated the Whammy correctly?
