I just got the fulltone ultimate octave and it's a bit closer but still am not happy. However, i have just tried it for an hour. I like the pedal so i am going ot keepl playing around with it. What pedals would you guys recomend for jimi's tone? I am going to try the Voodoo Labs Proctavia and the fuz face just in case though. garrettmhaynes, don't get me wrong. I like the fuzz factory a lot. The more i use it the more i like it. It's just not the best for playing hendrix. StompboxMan, i would have loved to see jimi use the fuzz factory as well.
