Members frankiej
How do you take them out? Do you just pull them out? I know they dont need to be baised. I have the chassis out in front of me and i dont want to break my tubes due to not having back ups. Reasons why im inside of it is to see how everything works so next time i can do it on my own and not pay someone.

Members HeartfeltDawn
Talk sexy to the tubes and seduce them out. Pulling tubes from an AC15 is very much like making love to a beautiful woman. Y5ZcwxtHGKc

Members frankiej
Yank them from side to side and pull. Really? Cause they seem like they are pretty solid in there. And also with the wire on top of the EL84s..i assume you just pull the hooks out of the bottom then pull them out.
Members johanwastaken
Yeah, they sit pretty tight but pulling them out is possible. Naturally you would probably put your hand close to the bottom to make things easier. The wire on top, just pull it off the top of the tube. I just think of glass as easily breakable i guess. I assume you do the same thing with the larger tubes.

Yep. The back and forth motion is so it will loosen. Don't bend it over sideways or nothing. They could be tight since they are original tubes. Members frankiej
Actually they arent the original tubes, i had them replaced a couple months after i got the amp.
