Need a 1-to-2 splitter to power the last pedal - looking for recommendations

I've tried several searches, but the need to use so many terms yields results that don't address my search.

 

I'm just about done with the pedal board (in fact, I WAS done until I was fortunate enough to get LV's chupa)....and the only thing left is a few patch cables (sorted already) and a "splitter" to allow me to power the one more pedal from the power supply. I.E. I'm looking for a solid 1-to-2 adapter for plugging into standard center negative pedal receptacles that I'm hoping won't be stupidly expensive for 12 inches or so of wire and several connectors.

 

Would love any recommendations.

some place online makes custom ones. The 5-spot daisy chains are like 10 bucks?

Yeah - but the last thing I need are 3 dangling power receptacles as my board is chock full (and just right).

The green t-rex power supply cable. It's inteded use is use two outputs connected in parallel for twice the mA, but is should also work a a 2 plug daisy chain. It's the green one, not the yellow one.
