Members fuzzylogic220
im thinking of getting a timefactor can it be powered by the pedal power 2?
Members lenster
I don't think so.Timefacter is 9v AC.

Members bbrunskill
Here's my board - Timefactor is powered by a green T-rex current doubler cable, plugged into outputs 5 and 6 on the Voodoo. I've never had even a slight issue powering it this way.
Members andreas
^ You need to run output 5 an 6 (normal mode/DIP switch off) in parallel. You can use a regular daisy chain if you like - two of the plugs to the power supply outputs, and the third towards the pedal. You may need to add a reverse polarity converter as well (I'm not 100% on if the Timefactor is center positive or not, but if it is, you need a converter). The Timefactor has been measured to draw a little over 300mA, and those two outputs in parallel can deliver 4-500mA. /Andreas
Members fuzzylogic220
so if i allready have an 18volt cable from voodoo lab, could i just use that?... also is it only on 5 and 6? or could two other outputs be used as well, ......like say if i wanted a time factor and a mod factor. Members andreas
No, you can't use the 18 volt cable - that one connects the outputs in series (for twice the voltage). You need to connect them in parallel (for twice the current). It's only 5 and 6, as those two are the only ones with 250mA (the others are 100mA each). So you can only power one -factor pedal with the PP2+ - for any others you'll have to use the Eventide adapter. /Andreas
