Members dap99
Dunno if any of you have gone, but it's a pretty cool visit. Lotsa awesome gear, but also some really cool stuff like pictures Jim Morrison drew for his mother as a child. I'd totally go again. The handwritten contract in a notebook between Sub-Pop and Soundgarden was pretty cool. I went w/ my old man and sister b/c they're huge Bruce Springsteen fans and there's a 'special' exhibit for him right now. They have his #1 axe on display. Pretty sweet - but not as cool looking as Jeff Beck's Tele which is also on display. Bruce's tele/Esquire has a clear caulk/shoegoo type stuff all around the pups and other areas to keep the sweat from getting in. I thought it'd be pretty schticky, and there were some elements, but overall, it was pretty damn cool.
