What kind do you want: pitch, filter, ..bitcrush downsampling, or..etc? There's a few different digital and analog options for step and/or sample&hold modulation of various effect-types. If looking for programmed arpeggiation, the Pitchfactor as mentioned and some multis/racks at least can do it.
