She agreed completely that this is a case of buyers remorse and that eBay should not have ruled in favor of the buyer. However, because they've already ruled for the buyer, I have to wait until the pedal is returned to me and the case is closed to appeal. If I appeal and win they won't charge me back for the pedal. Members Josh33 Posted April 1, 2010 Members Share Posted April 1, 2010 yeah ebay has just gone so down hill. with all of the new poilcies, charges, etc.. its just not worth it. its a shame becasue i used to be able to find ANYTHING on ebay, now thats getting to be less and less and less as people leave, and prices rise sounds ilke you got screwed man, that really sucks. hopefully you can call them or talk to them, or find some way to let them know that this is bull{censored}.
