Members idiotboy
This is really shaping up; there are now 15 of us, counting charter member syncretism. For those not already aware, the annual PNW Synth meeting is scheduled for October 25 at the Renton Technical College. Past highlights have included John Bowen comparing a Prophet 5 with Creamware's emulation, and George Mattson demonstrating a prototype of the Mattson Mini Modular. Good stuff. John Marshall, who has organized the event for the past several years, possibly is bowing out after this year. I'm not a member of the DIY list from which this event spawned, but I assume someone else will pick up the baton (?)
Members Acid Hazard
You can add me to the list - I'm right near carbon111!john b. Awesome!! I hope you bring a Solaris, or 10 =o] I'm DYING to play with one. I'll NEVER be able to afford one, so this may be my only chance to even see one in person =o]
Members Diametro
I'd consider flying out ... If I'm unable to attend ... someone with some videocamera skills should be the event's documentor ... and we can possibly edit together a comprehensive KSS movie/documentary with my D.C. footage ... Matrix (of Matrixsynth) has in years past fulfilled videographer duty. I'll check w/him for this year; if he is unwilling or unable, I'll take care of it. Members syncretism
The Harvestman attended and hosted a few of our synth salons in Chicago. He presented a Prophet VS, Doepfer/Eurorack system, Harvestman modules and a couple of sickeningly ugly bent SK1s. Really great guy, I miss hanging out with him. Members Mintbeetle
I'm in Olympia, but I'd definitely make the trip up for some synth luvin'. I don't have any cool gear to bring, but I'll make sure a six-pack of something tasty is in my cargo.

Members rainbird
So - if this is actually a head count, rather than an assembly of people who think they might actually be free to (or brave enough)to climb out of the shadows to attend an event:Hello from North Seattle.
