Members arcadesonfire
If i go buy the Ernie Ball volume pedal jr., can i plug it straight into the expression pedal jack of my Eventide TimeFactor? Or would i need to move some wires around and/or change the pot in the EB pedal first? I've been using the Line6 expression pedal for a while, but it has frequently broken (on stage!) when i suddenly push heel down too hard. Anyone else using EB pedals for expression purposes? Members El Gallo Negro
You should be able to use one, but you need the 20k (active) version.
Members Reauchambeau
you need a controlled voltage (CV) pedal, like a Roland EV-5. I've never seen an EB CV pedal.
Members befey
I use a passive vp jr. with the Moogerfoogers. Get a cable that has stereo plug on one side and two mono plugs on the other side. Plug the two mono plugs into the in and out on the vp jr. and the stereo into the expression pedal jack. Works like a charm for me, but the Ernie Ball pedals have a non linear sweep which can be odd.
