Members orange worker Posted March 9, 2011 Members Share Posted March 9, 2011 so i bought a pedal almost 4 years ago, never showed up. no paypal then so it was a money order. douchebag disappeared. username gone from the records now. last week same pedal shows up on ebay. never seen another since then even though its been in my saved search. managed to track down that the guy (who apparently has a record label) relocated to LA. new listing is also from LA. sent some questions, no answer. auction ended, went back up with a stupid BIN price. he listed some other crap, linked to a video with a new youtube account, which has 0 other activity other than liking this dude's music. what steps should i take to try to get my {censored} or $ back? i'm assuming ebay won't do anything in this scenario? i still have all my emails stating that he received the payment and a bunch of excuses.
