Members KingVidiot
A friend gave me some old stomp boxes from DOD and Boss and they are not working properly. The electronics and mechanics appear fine, and I put new batteries in them. I ran some phono plugs in and out of all jacks while coated with Deoxit. The lights come on intermittently, and no sound passes through them. Should I toss them or get them repaired? Any other tricks to try? One of them is a cool pitch/delay pedal. Members k tone
Try using an adapter. I have seen battery leads {censored} up before.

Members ambient
What are the specific pedals? That may affect if it's worth trying to repair them.
